Ever wonder where in the world the characters are taking you, or where they are in relation to each other? Maybe this will help…
If the map shows up clearly on the blog, anyway. Otherwise, if you want to know badly enough, you can read every single book and try to construct your own, or, go to my Melissa R. L. Simonin Facebook page, and find it in one of the posts. I recommend the later. Or, email Anika.Riley.Bannerman@gmail.com, and she’ll email you one. She’s busy ferreting out the truth, solving crime, and admiring her husband though, so she’s not great at checking email. Be forewarned. Or better yet, comment on this post, and remind me to remind her to check her account.
Uncertainly Yours is on page 116. It would be further along, but as it’s a Bannerman Foundation mystery, and the missing persons division covers a lot of territory, it was necessary to get the map on paper for easy reference. And that, took a lot of time. I’ve got a few hours today before it’ll be necessary to stop and make green enchiladas for our church group’s dinner this evening, so I hope to get a lot written during that time.
They intend to play a game at this dinner, and I am dreading that. They want dad jokes, they said in the email, and there are rules of some kind, and it’s a contest. If they insist I participate, I’m going to forgo the dad joke, and regale them with the story of why I am game-phobic. I don’t just hate games, I have a fight or flight response to them, usually flight, but that’s a story for another time.
Happy reading, and I’m going to get back to Neil and his investigative partner Leo, and see what they discover next…
