That’s where Disengaged is at present, and the count is rising. So is the suspense, so I’m going to declare this the shortest blog post I’ve ever written, and get back to writing!

Melissa R. L. Simonin writes "good clean, feel good fiction with a sense of humor". Her books cover a variety of genres ranging from romance, mystery, suspense, historical, inspirational and Christian fiction.
Once named, Melissa's characters take on a life of their own. They have stories to tell, and it's a race to keep up and write them all down. She learned the hard way not to name the characters in a novel until she's ready to write, because once they have their names the characters are going to start dialoguing and there's no stopping them once they do.
Melissa is located in Katy, Texas along with her husband, daughter, Arctic the White German Shepherd, and cats Pandora and Star.
