Brad is currently getting a crown on one of his teeth, which somehow managed to crack. Em saw the endodontist this morning and is in the scheduling process for two root canals, due to trauma from acceleration of orthodontics as a necessary response to resorption. After that, we’ll schedule with the oral surgeon, and her wisdom teeth will be removed. All of this requires general anesthesia, due to a severe reaction to carbocaine which is ordinarily used to deaden the nerves. It landed her in the ER a couple of weeks ago, so there you go. And then… no, we’re not done… Pandy and Star are scheduled to have their teeth cleaned next week. Star’s just need cleaning, but poor Pandy needs several teeth extracted. It’s terrible the state they’re in! One of the canines is loose, which I can’t help wondering if that’s the result of biting Arctic. I’m sort of kidding, she usually sticks to slapping, maybe because her teeth hurt. She really does not like him! Whatever the case, the cat nicknamed Night Furry will soon be aptly named Toothless.

Arctic is young, and his teeth are fine. My teeth are crowned already, so they are too. Thank goodness for that!

Also on the list of things to be thankful for, is that Ashes of Roses has been submitted for preorder, with a release date of April 17, 2020. I’m so glad to have it completed! There were times over the past year it seemed an insurmountable undertaking, due to the sheer number of major life hurdles that landed in the way. But, it’s done, and now on to Gone in a Flash, The Investigations of Jack Ryland book 3. I’m currently rereading books 1 and 2 in preparation, and then… it’ll be back to writing for me!
