HOB where it began 1…people order “House of Shadows,” “Darkness Falls,” and “The Lodge at Whispering Pines.”  Because, it means those people read “Miles” and liked it enough to want to hear more of the story!  I happen to love “Miles,” and enjoy writing that series more than any other, so I feel glad when I see that other people enjoy reading it too.

Miles and Anika have adventures and books planned which span the next ten years and beyond, so… expect this series to just keep going.  And I’m going to stop talking now, because otherwise I’ll end up giving away spoilers for books that haven’t even been written yet!  I just did, and had to delete several paragraphs out of this post.  If you know me irl, you know how bad I am about doing that when I talk.  Don’t like to read, or haven’t had time yet?  No problem.  I’ll tell you the whole story.  Including the ones I’m writing, and haven’t written yet.

Happy reading, and… tonight, I’m going to do the same!  By the time I’m through, “Isle” may very well be the most proof-read book in history.

Okay, one almost spoiler before I go.  Remember the island where Miles is building the fortress?  That’s what he and Anika call it anyway.  Well, that island is the Isle of the Crescent Moon.  Same island, different point in history.  Max and Lizbeth’s story was initially intended to be part of HOB book 6 or 7, much like Sarah’s story was part of “Miles.”  But, Max and Lizbeth are main characters, not supporting.  And so, they got their own book!

Which, I’m now going to go read.  Again.  June 30th, if you’re so inclined, so can you.
